I'm the founder and lead coach of Built From Within, and a real estate broker in Metro Phoenix. I still work the business myself, buyers, sellers, and investors across Greater Phoenix and Scottsdale, so everything I coach comes from the field.

In 2009 I moved from Florida to Arizona with six hundred dollars and no plan, chasing a belief that the ceiling over me was higher than the one I'd been handed. I built this career one rep at a time, first chair the only standard I'd accept. Today I coach agents to win the fight most people never name, the one against themselves. Proud member of Kappa Alpha Psi.

I also build the tools. The trackers, the playbooks, the pitch builders, the dashboard my agents run their day on, I designed all of it, tuned to how the work actually gets done. And I'm putting it on the page too. My book, Built From Within, is in the works, written from one belief I coach every day: you don't rise to the moment, you fall back on who you've become.
