You earn your way up
There are three splits, and which one you're on depends on who brought the deal and where you are in your career. On the leads I hand you and work alongside you, we split it down the middle. Simple and fair.
These three are how I run it. Every split here comes off the gross commission, off the top. eXp takes its split and cap off the gross, and my team split comes off that same gross too, never after eXp and never off a net number. Your cap and the fees are eXp's standard, the same for every eXp agent, and there's no team fee from me on top of it. We walk through all of it together on the call. No fine print, no surprises.

You log your activity, you make the calls, you show up to the huddle, and you run the plays we hand you. I give you everything you need to win. The reps are yours.
